With over 10 years of expertise, Kristen Essaied specializes in men and women’s color and cut. Kristen’s innate talent is formulating customizable looks that fit each client’s everyday lifestyle, unique beauty, and desired aesthetic effect. As the owner of Muse Studio, Kristen’s ingenuity and a keen eye passion for hair derive from art, fashion, and her Muse/Clientele.

Kristen began her professional development attending the Toni & Guy Advanced Hairdressing Academy in Dallas Tx. Once completing her training in Modern Classics Color and Cut, she followed up with an intensive two-year apprenticeship under the guidance of creative educators at Msalon, a luxury hair salon in Houston, Tx. Consistently cultivating her unique style and craft, Kristen has been educated with Wella Professional and Oribe Hair Care. She also obtained coveted training at Bumble and Bumble Razor Design workshop in New York City.

After achieving a position as a professional stylist at Msalon, Kristen began visualizing the launch for Muse Studio. As an owner, Kristen’s passion and inspiration for hair, education, and personable customer service aligns. She stays current with hair trends and continuously improves her knowledge of hair products and techniques.
